Saigon Court Serviced Apartment is managed by Daklak-Japan Properties, which is a Joint-venture company between KANEMATSU Coporation (Japan), Nippon Commercial Development Co., Ltd and Daklak Investment Export Import Company - Inexim Daklak (Vietnam). Established since 1998, designed by M.E.I Corp. and constructed by SHIMIZU Corp, this 12 story- building is among the highest buildings in the area offering its tenants opening view to other parts of the city.


Since its opening in 1998, Saigon Court soon became well-know among expatriate community thanks to our staff’s caring service to every request of the customers. LIVING ATMOSPHERE

Each apartment unit  is provided with a coded-mailbox at the Reception Hall. Newspapers and magazines in Japanese, Chinese and English are supplied everyday for public reading. Realizing the lonely feeling of most expatriates, we do our best to create an atmosphere, as intimate and warm as they can have at their beloved home, which makes Saigon Court one of the most favorable residences in Ho Chi Minh City.



NEW WORLD HEALTH CLUB

 For tenants who are fitness freak, they can enjoy recreational facilities ranging from well-equipped gymnasium to swimming pool and tennis court, etc at New World Hotel, about 1 km from Saigon Court. All are free of charge.
